• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs, using evidence-based techniques to craft personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialetic behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to address a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Facilitate crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients in acute distress, employing your expertise to de-escalate situations effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure clients receive holistic care that extends beyond therapeutic sessions.
• Engage in outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness within the community, reducing stigma around mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

Our clientele is incredibly diverse, reflecting a range of ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues. You will engage with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues, enabling you to apply and enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence.

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, allowing you to work effectively with individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate documentation within tight deadlines.

Candidates who have at least two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting will have a competitive advantage. Familiarity with telehealth practices and experience in crisis intervention are also highly valued.
