You will collaborate with other behavioral health professionals while working independently from your home office.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients through video-based teletherapy sessions, gathering information about their mental health history and current concerns.
• Perform complete mental health evaluations to compile patient medical data, including health history, mental status examination findings, and relevant psychosocial information.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized behavioral health treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient progress.
• Provide therapeutic support through individual counseling sessions, utilizing approaches tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient information, including examination results and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with the latest healthcare regulations and standards.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatment methodologies, integrating new knowledge into clinical practices to enhance patient care.
• Foster a therapeutic relationship with patients, guiding them through their healthcare journey with empathy and support.

This position involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Your role will directly impact the mental well-being of these patients, providing them with necessary tools and support to navigate their challenges.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid and current license in the state of Illinois as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is required.
• Superb interpersonal skills combined with effective written and oral communication abilities.
• Proficient use of electronic clinical systems and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) tools.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and integration of evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, enhancing communication with diverse populations.
• A minimum of two years of related counseling experience in a clinical setting is necessary.

• Experience in telehealth counseling is highly desirable, particularly in developing and implementing remote treatment strategies.
• Familiarity with integrated mental health care methodologies and a track record of utilizing data-driven approaches in clinical practice.
• Prior experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes in a virtual setting.
