Work Environment

This full-time position operates within a remote setting, leveraging modern telehealth technologies to connect with and support patients. Our typical work week runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, providing structure while allowing flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients to identify their mental and emotional challenges, leveraging your experience to formulate accurate diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient, incorporating evidence-based practices.
  • Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions where you will actively listen to patient concerns, cultivate therapeutic relationships, and guide them towards developing coping strategies.

Qualifications
  • A valid Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field is required.
  • Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
  • A minimum of three years of hands-on experience working with trauma patients, showcasing your ability to handle complex emotional disorders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, critical for documentation and communication.
