Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a vital member of our collaborative team. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, with a set requirement of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients through video-based sessions, offering teletherapy tailored to individual needs.
  • Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, compiling vital patient medical data that includes health histories and mental status exams.
  • Develop and implement personalized behavioral health treatment plans, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records of patient interactions, examination results, and treatment outcomes in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient wellness, leveraging the resources of our integrated care model.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Skyrise, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on creating tailored therapeutic experiences that address each patient's unique circumstances and mental health goals. You will work with clients ranging from children to adults, employing skills that are sensitive to the multifaceted nature of mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • A valid and active license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Commitment to keeping current on continuing education requirements and being knowledgeable about evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Proficient in using electronic clinical systems and proficient in electronic health records (EHR) management.
  • Spanish-English bilingual candidates are highly desirable, expanding our capacity to serve diverse communities.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of related clinical experience is required to ensure an understanding of the complexities involved in mental health care.
  • Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge psychosocial interventions and the ability to innovate within therapeutic practices.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflective of the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Additionally, a one-time sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is available. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
