This remote position allows you to conduct appointments from the comfort of your own space. You will leverage our advanced teletherapy platform, Simple Practice, which facilitates seamless video conferencing and secure messaging with clients. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Baihealth, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to determine their unique mental health needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the goals and preferences of your clients.
• Provide therapeutic services through virtual sessions, using evidence-based practices to support recovery.
• Facilitate continuous communication with clients to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Document all interactions and sessions accurately within our secure electronic health record system.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to discuss cases and share best practices.

Your work will primarily focus on providing psychotherapy for teens, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate their emotional struggles and achieve meaningful outcomes in their lives.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong proficiency in creating treatment plans and providing mental health counseling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient engagement.
• Comfort and experience with conducting virtual therapy sessions via video conferencing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

While not required, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

• At least two years of experience in psychotherapy for diverse client populations.
• Prior experience in telehealth settings and familiarity with teletherapy tools.
• Specialized training or experience working with clients dealing with trauma.
