This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000, depending on experience and qualifications. As a member of our virtual clinical team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues through digital platforms, ensuring continued communication and support to aid our clients effectively.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of clients, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, documenting progress and necessary adjustments.
• Administer to a caseload of clients with varying psychological needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to develop actionable resolution plans, focusing on their unique circumstances and challenges.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to manage crisis situations, provide therapeutic interventions, and ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Engage in regular follow-up evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.
• Record strategy outlines, advancement summaries, and take appropriate actions based on evaluations, documenting all necessary information in the clinical system.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health and wellness resources, facilitating access to additional support services when required.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health issues. You will address the unique needs of each client, employing culturally sensitive therapeutic approaches. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping them navigate their mental health journeys and achieve lasting improvements.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required; advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) are preferred.
• Must possess a valid license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is mandatory.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services is a plus, as well as familiarity with digital therapy platforms.
• Proficiency in employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, with a background in integrated care models preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Annual salary between $90,000 and $135,000.
• Sign-On Bonus of $1,000 upon successful hire.
