• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of student clients in accordance with best practices and individualized evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness practices, tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for students.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and share insights for improved service delivery.
• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, resources, and coping strategies, striving to empower them in their personal growth.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health care to continuously enhance your clinical skills and client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
