Job description

Confidential Search Solutions (CSS) is partnering with a growing national boutique law
firm specializing in Insurance Defense Litigation to identify experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys for permanent, full-time remote opportunities throughout Texas.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected firm representing insurers,
corporations, transportation companies, and businesses in complex civil
litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling Texas
insurance defense cases from inception through resolution.

Position
Responsibilities

· Independently manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation
matters.

· Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written
discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
preparation.

· Develop litigation strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and
exposure.

· Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, mediations, and
settlement conferences.

· Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal memoranda, motions,
and briefs.

· Prepare clients, witnesses, and corporate representatives for
depositions and trial.

· Work collaboratively with partners, clients, experts, and opposing
counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.

· Maintain accurate case files, billing, and litigation reporting.

· Meet annual billable hour expectations while providing exceptional
client service.

Qualifications

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

· Active Texas Bar license in good standing.

· Minimum of 4 years
of Insurance Defense Litigation experience.

· Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

· Experience independently managing a litigation caseload.

· Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote work
environment.
