Collaboration with customer service teams, parts suppliers, and sometimes other mechanics is common. The ability to multitask, prioritize remote service tickets, and document each case thoroughly is key to success in this role. Over time, remote mechanics may have opportunities to specialize in certain types of equipment or move into supervisory roles within remote support teams.
