Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students to identify their emotional, social, and educational needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized support plans for students.
• Facilitate workshops and educational programs for parents and school staff to raise awareness about mental health issues and available resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and adapt support strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare, educational, or clinical setting working with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits
