  • Strong business analyst background with 12+ years of experience. No specific domain expertise required.
  • Relevant CBAP certification is not mandatory, but an MBA qualification is sufficient.
  • Program management capabilities, strong communication skills, and solid data analysis experience are important.
  • Experience with Agile methodology is essential - the candidate should be able to demonstrate involvement in project planning, sprint planning, requirement refinement sessions, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
  • Experience with business process modelling (BPM) is MUST
  • Proficiency with documentation tools is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

Job Summary - Business Analyst:
