• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state is mandatory.
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care practices, social justice principles, and community resource navigation.
• Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain organized documentation and case notes effectively.

• Previous experience working within a nonprofit organization or community health setting is preferred.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information and care documentation.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
