Job description

About Cefaly
CEFALY Technology is the maker of CEFALY, an FDA-cleared, over-the-counter wearable medical device that's clinically proven to relieve migraine pain and reduce migraine frequency.
Migraine is a complex neurological condition that causes intense headache pain, nausea and other symptoms in more than 1 billion people worldwide. Migraine is most often treated with medication, but many patients can't tolerate side effects or find that medication doesn't work for them.
CEFALY provides drug-free migraine relief without a prescription and with minimal side effects. It uses external trigeminal nerve stimulation (e-TNS) to stimulate and desensitize the trigeminal nerve, the primary pathway for migraine pain.
Based in Belgium with U.S. offices in Darien, Conn., CEFALY Technology manufactures specialized electronics for medical applications. Every member of the CEFALY team shares a passion for connecting people with effective migraine treatment.
This is a hands-on role where you will:
  • Build and optimize lifecycle flows across email, SMS, push, and in-app
  • Own the website customer funnel, driving landing page conversion, and customer engagement metrics
  • This role directly impacts company revenue
  • Leverage AI to improve experimentation and testing
  • Feel confident operating Attentive, VWO, and campaign tracking tools
  • Move fast, test aggressively, and scale what works
  • Work as part of a small, tight-knit team where everyone pitches in - we need someone who's energized by an all-hands-on-deck environment and will naturally fill gaps wherever they show up, not just stay in their lane

What You'll Own
Activation & Conversion Engine: Design and execute the funnel that converts prospects into paid customers. Deeply understand onboarding friction and conversion barriers. Identify high-intent cohorts and unlock conversion lifts.
Hands-On Lifecycle Execution: Build and launch campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. Write copy, set up segments, QA flows, and ship quickly.
Experimentation: Run continuous A/B tests across incentives, messaging, timing, and channel orchestration. Improve conversion week over week.
Martech & Data Ownership: Operate tools like Attentive, VWO, and analytics platforms. Work closely with engineering to improve tracking and reporting.
Marketing Partner: Glean insights from SEO and paid acquisition agencies to understand how customers arrive at the site, and use that to draft high-impact messaging.
Pricing & Offers: Build a smart offer strategy and calendar - understanding what offers to launch, to whom, and when.
Cross-Functional Connector: Be the link between Marketing and our Sales and Customer Support teams - surfacing what customers are asking, where they get stuck, and what's driving churn or hesitation, and feeding that straight into lifecycle and conversion strategy. You'll also make sure Sales and CS always know what's coming down the pipe from Marketing.
Who You Are
  • 2-5+ years in growth, lifecycle, CRM, or performance marketing for consumer digital products
  • Strong preference for healthcare or DTC businesses
  • You've directly improved activation or conversion metrics
  • You have personally built and launched multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
  • You're comfortable getting into the platform and executing yourself
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data
  • Familiar with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, etc.)
  • Understand funnel math, CAC-to-LTV dynamics, and cohort behavior
  • You thrive on a small team - you don't need a big org chart to feel effective, and you're just as happy jumping in on something.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Health insurance (80% employer-paid).
  • Employer-paid Dental and Vision.
  • IRA with company match (no vesting period)
  • Paid PTO
  • Paid company holidays
