Job description

We’re working with our client to source an experienced professional to lead and manage the marketing communications function for their company.  They are the leader in their category and the brand name is trusted globally.


The position is hybrid, offers a generous salary and the company provides an excellent benefits package.


The role involves:


 Identification of and Development of Marketing Strategy  

Lead omni-channel integrated marketing communication planning for new and existing products, including but not limited to development of value prop/positioning, creative briefs, promotions, campaigns, and all other marketing media from conception to completion, within schedules and budgets.


Marketing Analytics 

Analysis of monthly KPIs; identify and propose changes as necessary to current direction.

Monitor competitor marketing efforts including digital activities, promotions, brochures, and POP; implement change of direction and/or messages accordingly.


Creative Execution

Create email campaigns in support of integrated marketing communications planning, including the authoring of email content and co-development of engaging content assets. Support eCommerce growth efforts through supply of eCommerce content, such as copy, images, and other assets.

Participate in the planning and execution of trade shows and events, annual media buy, and PR efforts.

Consistently research, propose new, innovative marketing ideas/trends in support of integrated marketing communications planning for new and existing products.
