Are you a strategic marketer who knows how to turn ideas into momentum, campaigns into pipeline, and marketing into measurable growth? True Rx Health Strategists is looking for a driven, creative, and data-savvy Growth Marketing Manager to help fuel our next stage of growth.

In this high-impact role, you will lead integrated marketing initiatives designed to expand market presence, generate demand, and support revenue growth. Youโ€™ll work at the intersection of marketing and sales, building campaigns, strengthening enablement efforts, optimizing funnel performance, and helping position True Rx as a differentiated leader in the market.

100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

Drive Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth marketing plans that align with organizational goals and revenue objectives. Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and conversion.

Build High-Impact Campaigns: Own the end-to-end development of multi-channel marketing campaignsโ€”from concept and messaging to launch, measurement, and optimization. Ensure all initiatives are data-driven, on-brand, and designed to move prospects through the funnel.

Lead Demand Generation Efforts:Design and execute scalable demand generation programs that generate qualified pipeline and support long-term growth. This includes digital campaigns, content marketing, marketing automation, account-based marketing initiatives, events, and strategic partnerships.

Strengthen Sales Enablement: Partner closely with sales leadership to create messaging, tools, and assets that support prospecting, deal progression, and close. Develop materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and tailored value propositions that align with buyer needs.

Elevate Finalist and Executive Presentations: Lead the creation of finalist presentations and executive-level pitches that clearly communicate the value of True Rx solutions. Translate complex ideas into compelling, differentiated narratives that resonate with prospects and decision-makers.

Support Conference and Event Strategy: Collaborate with the Business Development team to maximize conferences and industry events as opportunities for brand visibility, relationship building, demand generation, and client retention.

Optimize Performance Through Data: Use marketing data, testing, and performance insights to refine strategies, improve funnel efficiency, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Monitor KPIs and continuously seek ways to enhance ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.

What Youโ€™ll Bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in leadership or high-impact strategic positions
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, and data management
  • Solid understanding of standard marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing effectively across short-term and long-term initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas clearly
