A leading music streaming company seeks a Channel & Email Marketing Managerto lead the execution of customer engagement and retention email campaigns, manage cross-functional marketing initiatives, optimize campaign performance, and drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back strategies through data-driven email marketing programs.
Channel & Email Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns by coordinating campaign development, managing project schedules, creating campaign documentation, tracking assets, configuring UTM parameters, and ensuring timely deployment through email service providers.
  • Perform quality assurance, auditing, and testing of email campaigns and online sales flows while ensuring accurate content, offers, tracking, user experience, and campaign functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal business units, creative, brand, legal, digital, campaign operations, programming, analytics, and external partners to develop marketing campaigns, facilitate creative production, and support successful campaign execution.
  • Develop creative briefs, evaluate creative assets, leverage content strategies to drive engagement, and monitor campaign performance by analyzing reports and providing optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, streamline campaign execution, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and support business goals through continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Channel & Email Marketing Manager Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in engagement and retention email marketing focused on campaign development, execution, and analytics.
  • 2+ years of project management experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is preferred.
  • Experience working within a subscription-based business model is preferred.
  • Experience with other digital marketing channels, including social media, mobile apps, or websites, is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Workfront or Monday.com.
  • Knowledge of reporting platforms such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles, web and email production, URL structures, UTM tracking, campaign documentation, and deployment processes.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
