A mission-driven performance marketing agency is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. This role is centered on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that help teams make smarter decisions and improve campaign performance.

You’ll work closely with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, improve reporting systems, and support strategic marketing decisions through data.

This is a remote role, paid in USD, with compensation based on experience and scope.
