The Marketing Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting A-LIGN's marketing strategy through the execution, optimization, and analysis of marketing operations processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging technology, analytics, and operational excellence to improve marketing performance and drive measurable business results.

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Generate and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports to measure performance across marketing channels, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making
  • Analyze campaign, lead generation, and funnel performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Support cross-functional operating cadences by preparing reporting, tracking action items, and maintaining visibility into ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Administer and maintain data orchestration platforms such as RingLead to support lead and account data quality initiatives
  • Execute and support enrichment programs by leveraging first-party and third-party data sources, intent platforms, AI-powered research tools, and marketing databases
  • Monitor, audit, and improve CRM and marketing database hygiene to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established processes
  • Assist with lead routing, lead scoring, segmentation, and other marketing operations workflows to support efficient lead management
  • Support the management and optimization of marketing automation platforms, including campaign execution, email deployment, and lifecycle marketing programs
  • Troubleshoot marketing automation and CRM-related issues while partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to provide visibility into marketing performance and operational effectiveness
  • Support the administration and integration of marketing technologies to ensure data integrity and efficient system functionality
  • Maintain project documentation, workflows, and process guides to support operational consistency and team scalability
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and GTM operations teams to ensure successful execution of marketing programs and operational initiatives
  • Assist in managing marketing project requests, timelines, and deliverables through Asana and other project management tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual tasks, and enhance operational efficiency across the marketing organization
Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, economics, marketing, or other relevant field

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or other relevant fieldย 
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce required; Pardot, Outreach, and other sales/marketing efficiency tools a plus)
  • Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for GTM teams
  • Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and/or Partner stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail; you notice trends, discrepancies, and risks others may miss
  • Highly organized with strong project management discipline and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
