Senior Operations Account Manager – REMOTE

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Account Manager to serve as the key link between our operations and customers—driving performance, managing relationships, and influencing profitability in a fast-paced logistics environment.

About the Role

How you will contribute 
• Serve as the front-line point of contact representing syncreon in daily customer account management matters.
• Build strong trusted relationships with customer representatives from ops, engineering, quality, procurement, and others. 
• Support the Account Director in preparation of pricing, cost estimates, proposals and all commercial related documents as part of the quotation response package.
• Understand the details and able to defend pricing to syncreon internal staff and customers;
• Conduct regular analysis of pricing, cost and profitability through the pricing file for the requisite customer sites globally.
• Analyze data and spreadsheets as pricing updates require a detailed analysis of each part number and an extensive comparative exercise to ensure consistency.
• Communicates changes to the appropriate team and ensures timely implementation of the new pricing and any new scope.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly/yearly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand market needs and works with Account Director to explore opportunities over and above current service portfolio.
• Identify all new topics or activities which are not properly covered by existing contracts and agreements.
• Raise Change Request Forms (CRF), pushes for approval and keeps up to date tracking of all CRFs history.
• Support preparation of presentations for weekly and monthly business reviews and present commercial topics during reviews.
• Monitor important contractual KPIs and reports on a regular basis.
• Support preparation of customer MBR/QBR/SBRs as required.
• Other duties as assigned.


Your Key Qualifications 
• Technical or commercial related credentials from a University/College or work related equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Account Management, including the use of pricing templates, cost databases, and other supporting tools.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics, manufacturing and/or repair services, especially in the technology sector.   
• A good understanding of production and logistics processes and their costs.
• Effective interpersonal skills, with both orally and written communications proficiency.
• Ability to empathize and understand client viewpoint (read what is on his mind) and requirements and act as their champion within syncreons internal organization
• Ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from analysis.
• Ability to create structure and organization within a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
• Understanding of Business ethics and culture.
