About the Role:

Fine Fettle is seeking a licensed Pharmacist in the State of Connecticut to support both in-store and remote verification operations across multiple dispensary locations, including Willimantic, Manchester, Newington, West Hartford, Bristol, Waterbury, Old Saybrook, Norwalk, and Stamford. This is a primarily remote, hybrid role, with an expected transition to approximately 80% remote following training, balanced with occasional in-store support and site visits based on operational needs. For highly qualified candidates, a fully remote (100%) arrangement may be considered.

In this role, the pharmacist will support daily dispensing operations, patient consultations, and compliance oversight across multiple locations. Candidates should be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as business needs evolve.

The ideal candidate is clinically sound, operationally disciplined, and comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms. Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving systems and workflows are essential for success in this role.

**LICENSURE REQUIREMENT: YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED PHARMACIST IN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT TO APPLY**

Primary Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

This role encompasses the following key areas of responsibility, supporting the seamless execution and organization of Fine Fettle's medical cannabis program across all Connecticut retail working locations. Key responsibilities include:

Technology & Operational Systems:

  • Execute and oversee remote verification workflows using company-approved verification software
  • Operate daily within POS (Dutchie POS) and verification systems, and the CT Prescription Monitoring and Reporting System (CPMRS)
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Google Chat/Spaces) for data analysis, documentation, and real-time team collaboration
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper reporting to CPMRS as required by state law
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and communicate process improvement opportunities

In-Store Clinical & Team Support:

  • Conduct patient consultations to assist in selecting appropriate products based on diagnosis and lifestyle
  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to staff operating in-store
  • Address and resolve patient and staff issues with professionalism and discretion

Multi-Location Support:

  • Work both remotely and in-store
  • Flexibility to travel across multiple Connecticut locations is highly preferred. The retail worksite locations include:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older per the requirement set by the Department of Consumer Protection
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Connecticut (in good standing)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to the Connecticut Prescription Monitoring Program (CTPMP)
  • Candidates must maintain a professional, secure remote work environment with reliable high-speed internet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Willingness to travel to dispensary locations as needed for operational support
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role with both remote and in-store responsibilities
  • Prior experience operating within the Connecticut Medical Marijuana Program as a licensed pharmacist is advantageous
  • Experience working in high-volume retail or regulated healthcare environments is valuable
  • Bilingual or proficiency in Spanish is beneficial
  • Ability to meet and maintain all applicable state-mandated licensing requirements as a condition of employment
  • Ability to pass a Federal Background Check with no felony convictions
