As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing to help clients improve their mental health outcomes.
• Creating a safe space for clients to share their emotions and life experiences, thereby fostering self-awareness and insights into their relationships.
• Acting as a client advocate; assisting them in defining their therapeutic goals and mapping out achievable steps.
• Utilizing your clinical expertise to evaluate clients' mental conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach.
• Regularly documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in our all-in-one counselor dashboard.

Your clients will consist of stable adults who are thoroughly screened prior to service booking. We focus on providing care to those with low acuity, ensuring that counselors are matched with clients who align with their specialty and demographic preferences, thereby optimizing therapeutic effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Full licensure by the state board as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with no disciplinary actions or provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a strong empathetic nature to build meaningful client relationships.
• Proficiency with various technology platforms; comfortable using virtual therapy tools and managing digital documentation.

We encourage applicants with prior experience in remote therapy, particularly those familiar with video counseling techniques and client management software. A strong background in diverse therapeutic modalities is a plus.

• A salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year depending on hours worked and caseload.
