The role

Remote | Eastern U.S. & Canada | Approximately 40% Travel

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to lead and grow our Agriculture business across the Eastern U.S. and Canada.

In this highly visible role, you will manage strategic customer relationships, drive profitable growth, identify new business opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Success requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate across a fast-paced manufacturing organization.

What You\'ll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Agriculture customers across the Eastern U.S. and Canada.

  • Develop strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion.

  • Build strong relationships with growers, packers, processors, distributors, food manufacturers, retailers, and supply chain partners.

  • Identify and close new business opportunities, including packaging conversions, fleet expansion, and new product applications.

  • Lead customer business reviews, pricing discussions, product evaluations, and packaging optimization initiatives.

  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.

  • Analyze forecasts, sales trends, margins, and customer performance to support strategic decision making.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer by providing market intelligence, competitive insights, and growth recommendations.

What We\'re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales supporting agriculture, produce, food processing, industrial packaging, or supply chain customers.

  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships and growing existing accounts while developing new business.

  • Knowledge of reusable packaging, returnable transport packaging (RTP), agricultural packaging, industrial packaging, or other manufactured products is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems; Power BI and IFS experience is a plus.

  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the territory approximately 40%.
