Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton Massachusetts 01720

Shift: Monday to Thursday (6am - 6:30pm) & (6pm to 6:30am)

Pay rate: $24 to $27/hr on W2


Job Overview:

  • Seeking an Manufacturing Associate to operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment in a medical device production environment.
  • Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate, set up, and maintain automated production equipment
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform preventive maintenance
  • Monitor product quality and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines
  • Support inventory, documentation, and cleanroom manufacturing


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with automated equipment and HMIs preferred
  • Medical device and cleanroom experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
