We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization, gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Location: Hybrid/Remote from United States, preferred States: NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, AP

What you would be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
  • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication
  • Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives
  • Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives

What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
  • Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus
