Job Summary: The Senior National Account Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth and expanding market share by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building long-term relationships with clients. This individual will play a key role in shaping the company’s sales strategies and contributing to its continued success in the industrial and utility equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic markets.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to align strategies and ensure successful customer engagement.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and products.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and strategic plans for executive leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue targets and margin expectations.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:
