Location: Onsite in Grand Prairie, TX

Employment Type: Temporary to Direct

Schedule: M-F, 40 hours a week ; 8AM-5PM

What You'll Do:

Manufacturing Engineering Intern
The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will support safety, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives in a manufacturing environment that includes both assembly and automated production systems. This role offers hands-on experience across production, warehouse, and maintenance operations while working closely with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and revise work instructions, SOPs, and other manufacturing documentation.
  • Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and assist with implementing corrective actions for safety findings.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement and optimization projects.
  • Design, prototype, trial, and implement process improvements, including solutions developed using 3D printing technology.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, warehouse, quality, and engineering teams to identify and solve operational challenges.
  • Collect and analyze data to support process improvements and decision-making.
  • Present project findings, recommendations, and solution proposals to stakeholders and leadership teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • HS Diploma or GED - Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

  • CAD and/or 3D printing experience is a plus.
