Benefits Customer Service Representative Details ยท Location: MUST live within 2 hours of Buffalo, NY 14204 โ€“ on site 1st day before going remote ยท Required to come in for meetings or major projects ยท Payrate: $16.50/hr+ - depending on bilingual status ยท Required Availability: Mon-Fri only, hours vary 7a-6p, 32 to 40 hours per week, possible OT Benefits Customer Service Representative Job Description ยท Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistently meeting commitments via phone, email, and instant message. ยท Ability to customize customer service approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism, and diplomacy during difficult calls.
