About the Role:
The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and developing strong, lasting relationships with customers. This position is responsible for business development within assigned territories, maintaining a strong pipeline, and collaborating cross-functionally to support strategic growth. This position is 100% Remote role, but candidates must currently reside in one of the following states: Texas, Minnesota, California, Arizona, Utah, or Colorado. There is travel required around 50-75%. The base salary for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 per year, plus commission.
Educational Background and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of sales experience within the manufacturing/building materials industry is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a sales pipeline, and meet targets
