WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
  • Support the Annual Planning process in developing a strategic framework to meet objectives for the FY in partnership with the Partner Program Manager and VP of Global Partner Ecosystem
  • Provide routine reporting on performance versus targets for the FY
  • Create dynamic financial models to aid in decision making (i.e. If we decide to do X, it's going to cost us $X and yield $X of pipeline)
  • Use advanced data analysis capabilities to analyze performance trends across the partner ecosystem and develop analytical insights reports on key trends.
  • Create, standardize and operationalize a handover process for all outputs from the Ecosystem team to the Sales team
  • Project Management (Partner Ops Initiative Tracking)
  • Manage the internal use of Crossbeam
  • Manage the data hygiene on all Partner data in Salesforce (C1).

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
  • Proficiency in SFDC
  • Expert-level Excel
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is an essential skill.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Sales Operations experience is required. 8+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from the Executive level to the employee base
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
    Salary Range: $104,000 - $1446,000
