Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description: Drive national capital sales growth for Biotech centrifuges and related products. Serve as a product and application expert, leading national product launches, and scouting new markets. Identify and develop new markets, build relationships with key decision-makers, and oversee installed equipment

to maximize utilization and sales of related products. Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with internal teams on product quality and feedback. Remote work eligible from one of the following metro areas with large biotech industries: Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore/DC, Raleigh-Durham, Chicago, San Francisco Bay Area, or LA/San Diego.

Required Travel: Domestic travel up to 50% to customer sites and industry events.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or any position in which the required experience was gained. Prior experience must include at least 3 years with each of the following: (a) Working within the pharma/biotech industry; (b) Sales or business development of biotech capital equipment; (c) The technical elements of biotech processes and single-use technologies; and (d) Strategic account development, market expansion, and customer relationship management.
