A Remote Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a company or team that remotely manages a business's IT infrastructure and end-user systems. MSPs handle tasks like network monitoring, cybersecurity, data backup, and technical support, all from an offsite location. This allows businesses to focus on their core operations while experienced professionals maintain and secure their technology. Remote MSPs typically offer their services on a subscription basis, providing proactive support and minimizing downtime.

  • Act with full Program Manager authority during any absence; maintain seamless availability to the Government customer during core business hours.

  • Federal or state contract operations experience with documented performance standards.
  • Military spouse, veteran, or military family background.

  • Annual salary of $77,000 to $93,000 with full benefits: health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, federal holidays, and retirement plan.
  • Remote-first role on a multi-year nationwide program.
  • Clear succession path to program leadership.
  • Professional development support.
