Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Direct Mail Marketing Sr. Consultant to lead end-to-end campaign development and optimization. This role requires a data-driven marketer with deep expertise in direct mail and multichannel campaigns, strong financial and project management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute direct mail and integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through analysis
  • Build annual marketing plans aligned to revenue, growth, and customer lifecycle objectives
  • Lead campaign planning, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and testing strategies
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including creative development, data delivery, and production timelines
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to drive actionable insights and improve ROI
  • Oversee marketing budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and financial reporting (Workfront, Ariba)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Legal, Product, Operations, and external vendors)
  • Manage vendor relationships, agency performance, and campaign execution workflows
  • Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and effective product positioning across all materials

Pay and Benefits
