The Coordinator, Account Management plays a critical role in delivering a seamless client experience by supporting campaign execution, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring accuracy across all operational processes.

This role partners closely with Account Directors, Strategic Analytics, Data Management, and Production teams to manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and accurately

This position is a full-time, salaried, US-based remote role.

Your Impact:

Campaign & Order Coordination

  • Manage the intake, setup, tracking, and finalization of client orders and campaigns
  • Ensure all campaign details (pricing, timelines, data requirements) are complete and accurate
  • Monitor job status throughout fulfillment to ensure timely delivery

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Coordinate with Strategic Analytics, Data Management, and Production Fulfillment teams to move work through the pipeline
  • Track dependencies such as data files, scoring processes, and approvals to prevent delays
  • Maintain alignment between internal teams and client expectations

Data & System Management

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate campaign and order data in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ensure data integrity across all tracking tools and reporting systems
  • Monitor status updates and proactively flag risks or discrepancies

Communication & Client Support

  • Serve as a key internal liaison supporting Account Directors
  • Communicate campaign updates, timelines, and issues clearly and proactively
  • Support preparation of campaign documentation, confirmations, and deliverables

Quality Control & Process Excellence

  • Validate campaign details, counts, and deliverables prior to final approval
  • Ensure all work meets internal quality standards and client requirements
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices

Your Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, operations, or campaign/project coordination (agency or nonprofit experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, self-starter with high accountability

Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing data, direct response, or fundraising campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM or workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar tools
