About the Position

More Perfect Union is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as Creator Video Lead.   • In collaboration with MPU leadership, identify opportunities in the news cycle to work with creators and produce content with substantive and original angles on current topics;
  • Oversee production of 2-3 original vertical videos by creators per week, including: workshopping pitches, refining scripts, and giving feedback to editors during post-production;
  • Draft engaging social media copy, titles, and text on screen to complement these videos and maximize viewer interest;
  • Collaborate with the social media team on distribution strategy for creator videos, including identifying crossposting opportunities;
  • Analyze and report out contributor content metrics, including impact on MPU’s audience growth and viewership, on a weekly basis;
