• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans that effectively address their unique concerns.
• Actively communicate with interdisciplinary team members, family members, and guardians to collaboratively monitor client progress and adapt interventions as required.
• Prepare and oversee a detailed schedule for appointments, home visits, and virtual consultations to ensure comprehensive care.
• Coordinate in-depth home visits as needed, which may include observations, staff interviews, and data analysis aimed at evaluating treatment effectiveness.
• Facilitate the implementation of program plans, assessing the efficacy of therapeutic interventions, and making necessary adjustments in real-time.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights that inform overall service delivery.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes that accurately reflect client progress towards their goals, ensuring quality standards in record-keeping.
• Lead training initiatives for staff members on program plans and documentation requirements, enhancing team competency and effectiveness.
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to maintain a supportive relationship and assess ongoing needs of individuals.
• Maintain comprehensive records, ensuring that client information is readily accessible for authorized parties to support seamless care.
• Act as a liaison with the broader mental health community, fostering connections that result in enhanced client support and service development.
• Participate in the creation and improvement of training materials that enhance the effectiveness of individual programs.

The LPC will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults and youth, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. The flexibility of remote counseling services allows the organization to reach underserved populations, ensuring that support is accessible to those who need it most.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted professional counselor license (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• Previous experience in counseling, particularly in a clinical setting, spanning at least two years.
• A strong foundation in legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a range of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
