Job Overview

We are seeking Dutch Bilingual Experts to contribute to a global language and AI training project focused on improving Dutch-language understanding and generation. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated Dutch speech, assess linguistic accuracy and authenticity, and provide detailed feedback to support language model improvement.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Dutch language expertise, English communication skills, and attention to detail are the key requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to short audio clips in Dutch and evaluate the nativeness, fluency, and overall quality of AI-generated speech.
  • Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, accent, and linguistic authenticity against native Dutch standards.
  • Identify language errors, unnatural expressions, pronunciation issues, and other linguistic inconsistencies.
  • Provide clear and detailed written feedback on language nuances and areas for improvement.
  • Document findings accurately using project-specific tools, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
  • Apply established rubrics and quality standards consistently across assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance leads to maintain consistency and accuracy in evaluations.
  • Participate in project update sessions and respond to clarification requests when required.
  • Complete assigned evaluations accurately and within project timelines.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the review and submission process.
Required Qualifications
