Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, enabling you to create an optimal work-life balance. You will interact with patients through secure video conferencing platforms, providing a therapeutic environment that is both safe and private. Our operational and technical teams are dedicated to supporting our therapists, ensuring that you can focus solely on delivering effective care without the burden of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions through live video, employing evidence-based practices to address the mental health needs of individual adults.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that provide holistic support to clients.
• Utilize tools for symptom self-assessment, progress tracking, and treatment adjustments to ensure clients achieve their mental health goals.
• Engage in regular consultative support with clinical leadership during scheduled drop-in sessions to discuss challenging cases or enhance your clinical strategies.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately using our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system to maintain compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters primarily to adults experiencing a variety of mental health disorders. You will work with individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex emotional challenges. We emphasize a culturally responsive approach, ensuring that therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, with at least one year of independent practice.
• Strong commitment to delivering culturally sensitive care to a broad spectrum of clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency with telehealth technologies and eagerness to embrace digital solutions in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of recent experience providing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and similar evidence-based interventions to adults.
• Experience working with higher-risk populations, particularly those exhibiting suicidal ideation or severe psychological distress.
• A strong desire to engage with and support a diverse client base through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to potential performance-based bonuses.
