Onsite in Goodlettsville | Fully Remote eligible after temporary to hire conversion (approx. 4-6mos)

Tasks & Responsibilities - Verification & Screening Representative:

  • Review, process, and verify employment and deposit information with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and live chat support, to handle verification requests and employer inquiries.
  • Send, track, and manage verification forms and third‑party requests efficiently while maintaining organized documentation.
  • Manage high volumes of email correspondence and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
