As a part of our fully remote team, you will work from your home office, utilizing secure virtual platforms to meet clients. Our remote structure allows for flexible work-life balance while ensuring a collaborative atmosphere through regular meetings, training sessions, and peer support. We equip our therapists with modern tools and software that streamline communication and improve client engagement, enhancing the teletherapy experience.

• Provide therapy sessions via secure online platforms, adapting your technique and approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments to create tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals and challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other techniques relevant to client needs.
• Document session notes meticulously while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including other therapists, social workers, and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices.

Your role will primarily involve serving diverse clientele including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to build rapport remotely is critical in providing effective counseling, as it allows you to foster trust and open communication with clients from different backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active California license as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapeutic services, showcasing your skills and approaches to client engagement.

• Experience in telehealth practice is highly desirable, as it indicates familiarity with virtual therapy tools and online client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to create treatment plans based on thorough assessments and to adapt therapies to the client's evolving needs.
• Previous experience in a collaborative healthcare setting, reflecting expertise in interdisciplinary communication.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
