Live Well Counseling, LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Live Well Counseling, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, developing personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving measurable outcomes.
• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, helping clients identify goals and establish actionable steps toward their progress.
• Maintain open communication and collaboration with fellow therapists and relevant stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Document client progress consistently and accurately utilizing our digital record-keeping system to track therapy outcomes and inform treatment adaptations as necessary.

Your role will impact a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating life transitions, couples facing relationship challenges, and families seeking to strengthen their bonds. Our clients often include those from various cultural backgrounds, which allows us to enrich our therapy practices with cultural competence and responsiveness, treating each person with dignity and respect.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience providing therapeutic services.
• Strong skills in diagnostic assessments and treatment plan formulation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to uphold ethical practice and cultural competence in all interactions, embracing social justice principles.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or family systems therapy.
• Familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Previous experience working in community health settings or nonprofit organizations.

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a progressive benefits package that includes:
