Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling services to clients via video chat, focusing on emotional and mental health issues.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their feelings, thoughts, and experiences in a safe, judgment-free environment.
• Conduct assessments and identify clients' mental health issues through effective conversation and observation.
• Assist clients in setting therapeutic goals, developing actionable plans, and nurturing insights into their behaviors and emotions.
• Utilize a solution-focused methodology to optimize client outcomes and foster resilience in their mental health journeys.
• Maintain clear documentation and compliance with electronic Health Records (EHR) systems while adhering to ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity clients who are seeking treatment for various emotional and mental health concerns. All clients are carefully screened prior to booking sessions to ensure they are appropriate for remote counseling, allowing for an environment conducive to effective healing and personal growth. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology. You must possess a valid, independent license to practice, such as:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
