Thisroleis responsible fordelivering exceptional customer support, resolving issues,assistingwith billing andbackupcare services, and building strong relationships with families and business partnersacross all KinderCareand Championsbrands. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistfamilies with billing issues,system support concerns, and general inquiries viaphone, email, and chat using exceptional customer service

  • Effectively de-escalate customer concernsusing calm, solution-focused communication to resolve conflicts and ensure positive outcomes

  • Build strong relationships with business partners across the organization

  • Thoroughly log and document all calls, emails, and chats intheinternal ticketing system

  • Share innovative thoughts, ideas, and solutions to improve current proceduresandourfamily experience

  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team byallowingopen communication and working with colleagues to resolve parent questions and concerns

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years ofcustomer serviceexperiencesupporting clientswithissueresolutionand relationship managementin a fast-paced environment

  • Able to uselogicaljudgment and decision-making skills to evaluate situations,establishpriorities, and resolve matters

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus

  • Remote call center work experience a plus
