We are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least 7 years of experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial-related litigation on behalf of our diverse client base. This includes but is not limited to breach of contract, UCC sales of goods, vendor issues, franchise disagreements, supply chain claims, etc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in these areas and will be able to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, competence, and integrity.
