Everest Funeral Program Advisor

DXC Technology, under contract to Everest Funeral LLC, is hiring an Advisor to support the Everest Funeral program. The Advisor will handle client and agent inquiries via phone and e-mail. Outbound calling to US funeral homes for the purpose of price verification. Additional administrative tasks may be assigned once the Advisor becomes proficient with handling daily inbound and outbound calls. Under direct supervision, Advisors will handle phone calls and e-mails of Everest information and/or literature fulfillment. A web-based computer system is utilized for call tracking and fulfillment data entry. Several web-based resources are used for information gathering. Advisors will answer inquiries that can range from funeral pricing to insurance purchase options. Advisors may also respond to certain client or agent inquiries by referring them to web-based published materials, secondary resources, and/or our Senior Advisors. The goal of each Advisor is to promote Everest with exceptional, professional concierge service to potential and existing clients and agents. Candidate must have strong computer skills and be able to multitask between several browser windows, be comfortable using MS Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Excel without any issues. Postings are currently remote, but onsite requirements after covid restrictions are lifted will be at least 2-3 days per week unless the performance is not meeting standards.
