As part of our outpatient office model, you can expect to engage in therapeutic sessions via live video, fostering meaningful connections with clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients effectively.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that outline clear goals and strategies for treatment.
• Utilize a variety of solution-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate client sessions, focusing on empathetic listening and actionable solutions.
• Monitor clients’ progress throughout the treatment plan, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Help clients develop insight into their feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships, guiding them toward healthier coping mechanisms.
• Document therapy sessions clearly and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Our primary focus is on stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. Many of our clients face challenges related to stress, anxiety, and transitional life phases. The remote nature of our practice allows us to reach individuals from various backgrounds and geographic locations, ensuring that quality care is accessible to a broader audience.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure in your state, which may include LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Proven capacity to practice independently without supervision.
• Free from any disciplinary actions regarding licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for client needs.
• Proficient in contemporary psychotherapy techniques and computer literacy to navigate our digital platforms.

While we welcome licensed professionals at various stages of their careers, we prefer candidates who have experience in teletherapy or online counseling, as well as familiarity with electronic documentation and therapy management systems. This experience will enhance your ability to engage effectively with clients in a virtual environment and streamline your administrative responsibilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Full-time counselors are entitled to healthcare coverage, with benefits that support a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, you can expect weekly direct deposit payments and minimal paperwork, allowing you to devote your time to client care rather than administrative duties.
