This role is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to create your own schedule within traditional working hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and a supportive therapeutic environment without the need for on-call duties. As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one video sessions with clients to facilitate mental health improvement through established therapeutic techniques.
• Encouraging open dialogue so clients can express their emotions and experiences, fostering insight and self-awareness.
• Acting as an advocate for clients by supporting them in defining and achieving their mental health goals.
• Assessment of clients' mental health conditions and formulation of personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach based on evidence-based practices.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Focus on providing therapeutic support to adults with low-acuity mental health issues. Our clients typically present with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and adjustment problems. You will play a pivotal role in helping them develop coping skills, enhance their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals for well-being.

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent mental health license, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems efficiently.

Ideal candidates will also demonstrate:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in a remote or community health setting.
• Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and implementing various therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive:
