As Director of Corporate Security Partnerships you will oversee an ecosystem of strategic alliances - including physical security companies, global technology firms, and system integrators - that drive partner-led growth and retention within our Corporate Security vertical. You will manage all aspects of the partner lifecycle from initial sourcing and contract negotiation, to joint Go-to-Market strategies and partner enablement.
You will be a self-starter with strong business acumen, a deep understanding of Corporate Security, and a passion for how real-time intelligence is transforming employee safety, facility protection, and operational resilience in the age of Agentic AI.
This can be a US or UK based remote role.

The opportunity
  • Strategic Alliance Leadership: Develop and execute a global partnership strategy that aligns with Dataminr's growth objectives in the Corporate Security market.
  • Joint Value Proposition: Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling joint value propositions, integrated solutions, and co-marketing collateral.
  • Sales Training: Equip partner sales and account teams with clear, actionable knowledge of Dataminr's products, value propositions, and differentiators through scalable training and playbooks.
  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and recruit priority partners, establishing repeatable processes for onboarding, enablement and success
  • Joint Strategy & Planning: Coordinate annual and quarterly priorities, ensuring Dataminr's offerings are positioned effectively within partner strategic frameworks.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish KPIs and reporting cadences to measure partner productivity and pipeline impact
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to align partner motions with the product roadmap and the needs of our customers
  • Partner Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the partner" internally, ensuring we continue to solve specific workflow challenges faced by corporate security teams
  • Thought Leader: Discuss AI's impact and transformative effect on the corporate security industry in high-impact blogs, webinars, panels, and keynote presentations at security events and trade shows.

What you bring

  • Experience: 10+ years of direct corporate security experience inside a Global Security department, or at a vendor that supports GSOC, Security Intelligence, or Crisis Management teams. Experienced working with end users, customers, and partners.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the corporate security industry, including buyer personas, the competitive landscape, and strategic objectives of in-house teams
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to demo AI-powered SaaS platforms, and explain how AI and agentic capabilities are changing corporate security workflows
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and operate at the C-Suite
  • Execution Mindset: A hands-on operator who is equally comfortable with high-level strategy and tactical execution
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required

The annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are $214,400 - $315,500, which consists of the annual base salary and annual commission target for the role. You will also be eligible to receive Company equity. Actual OTE will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
