• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new patients, gathering comprehensive histories to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques in virtual sessions, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient information remains confidential.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, participating in case discussions and sharing insights to enhance patient care.
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and families, helping them understand the treatment process and empowering them with coping strategies.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and methodologies to continually enhance the quality of services provided.

You will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, who are experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. By building trusting relationships with clients, you will assist them in navigating their challenges and achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with in-depth knowledge of psychological principles and therapeutic practices.
• Current and valid LISW license in the state of Washington, enabling you to provide independent clinical social work services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions that promote positive outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective patient interactions and record-keeping.

• Prior experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is a plus.
• Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to assess risk in telehealth environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local resources and support services for clients within the Lynnwood, Washington area can enhance the therapeutic process.
