This remote role allows therapists to provide personalized care while utilizing advanced telehealth technology. Although the majority of work will be conducted remotely, you may occasionally need to attend team meetings or training sessions on-site, fostering a cohesive working atmosphere.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide brief, individualized counseling sessions focused on addressing immediate mental health crises and challenging life situations.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops that aim to enhance coping skills, promote mental health awareness, and encourage community support.
• Collaborate with medical personnel and community organizations to create comprehensive care pathways for patients.
• Engage in proactive outreach programs to foster awareness around mental health issues and connect with at-risk populations.
• Maintain meticulous patient records while adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure confidentiality and data integrity.

• Must hold an active state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the mental health challenges prevalent within hospital settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage both patients and multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, especially in outpatient and teletherapy environments.
• Able to manage multiple cases with efficiency in a dynamic work environment.

• Experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting with diverse populations is highly valued.
• Proficiency in therapeutic software and electronic health record systems used in mental health practices.
• Keen interest in continuous professional development and participation in training sessions or workshops.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, reflective of experience and qualifications.
