• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy for clients using the teletherapy platform.
• Engage with clients through video conferencing, maintaining a professional demeanor and establishing rapport to foster a safe therapeutic environment.
• Utilize minimal paperwork to document client progress and treatment interventions, allowing you to concentrate on client interactions rather than administrative tasks.
• Leverage our extensive library of therapeutic tools and resources to enhance your clinical practice and ensure effective treatment.
• Manage your own caseload, establishing a schedule that best fits your lifestyle while adhering to outlined policies for client confidentiality and service delivery.

As a member of our team, you will work primarily with a diverse client population presenting with varying levels of acuity. Our client base consists mainly of individuals seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. All clients are pre-screened for stability, ensuring that you can devote your attention to providing high-quality therapy without the strain of managing severe cases.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effective communication with clients and collaborate professionally with colleagues and administrative personnel.
• A designated private space for conducting remote therapy sessions to comply with confidentiality policies.

• Experience managing a diverse caseload in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and online therapeutic practices.
• Dual or multi-state certification is a plus, offering a broader capability to serve clients across state lines.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a significant sign-on bonus of $3,000 provided you see your first client within two weeks of onboarding.
