The patients you will serve encompass a wide demographic, including individuals coping with severe mental health conditions, as well as those seeking support for more general challenges such as stress management, relationship issues, and life transitions. The diverse needs of our clientele require sensitivity and understanding, along with a comprehensive approach to treatment that recognizes their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of the specific challenges faced by individuals in outpatient settings, particularly within a hospital-affiliated context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with patients and collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.
• Proficient in evidence-based practices and therapeutic models suited for crisis intervention and short-term therapy.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing a sizable caseload while prioritizing responsibilities.

• Experience working with patients in an outpatient or hospital setting is highly desirable.
